A premier residential master-planned community comprising 140 luxury standalone villas and multi-family residential clusters. RE Consultant engineered the building services, energy management infrastructure, and centralized utility networks.

Technical Solution

• High-Efficiency Inverter VRF: Specified heat-recovery Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems allowing simultaneous heating and cooling with low-noise slim concealed ducted indoor units (22 dBA rating in master suites).
• Central Solar Hot Water Generation: Designed decentralized rooftop solar thermal collector arrays with electric auxiliary backup, providing 70% of annual domestic hot water demand via renewable energy.
• Smart Hydro-Pneumatic Boosting: Implemented variable frequency drive (VFD) booster pumping stations maintaining constant 3.5 bar water pressure throughout upper-level fixtures without pressure fluctuation.
